Do I really need a buyer's advocate?

You don't. Plenty of people buy without one. The honest question is whether you have the time to sit through 30 inspections, the network to see off-market listings, and the experience to negotiate against an agent who does this for a living. If yes, you don't need us. If you'd rather not, that's where we come in.

What does it cost?

Fees vary by property and engagement type. Once we understand what you're after, we'll customise a fee based on your exact requirements. No hidden percentages, no surprises at settlement.

Which suburbs do you cover?

Our core area is the Inner East and North including Stonnington, Boroondara, Yarra and Port Phillip. We can step outside this on request, but we know these streets best.

How long does it usually take?

Our average is 43 days from sign-up to exchange. Some are faster, some take longer. We don't rush you into the wrong house to hit a number.
